BOOKING TERMS
Terms & Conditions listed here govern all bookings made with Serene Villas whether through Serene Villas web site or otherwise. Any correspondence should be addressed to Serene Villas Jl Drupadi 22, Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your traveling party.
Bookings made by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Serene Villas shall come into existence until Serene Villas (a) issues an invoice with reservation number; (b) issues a booking confirmation by email and (c) receives payment either deposit or full payment. When the payment has been received an email will be sent as final confirmation.
Full Payment is required 30 days before arrival. Payment should be made as requested by our reservation staff. Where Serene Villas is unable to confirm the initial requested accommodation an alternative may be offered and an email will be sent to advise you of the details. The reservation will be held for 48 hours in order for you to signify acceptance by return email. Deposit or Full Payment is required within 30 days of the booking. If we do not receive payment for accommodation within the specified time this will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Prices are in US$ rates of exchange are shown as a guide only and are calculated on a daily basis. Prices may therefore differ from time to time in your own chosen currency, reflecting any movements in exchange rate levels.
Villa Size and number of beds ofered by Serene Villas
1 Bedroom Villa
Contains 1 Queen Sized Bed, suitable for a maximum 2 Guests.
2 Bedroom Villa
Contains 2 Queen or King sized Beds, suitable for a maximum 4 Guests.
3 Bedroom Villa
Contains 3 Queen or King Sized Beds, suitable for a maximum 6 Guests.
4 or 5 or more Bedrooms Villa
Queen/King Sized Beds suitable for a maximum 2 Guests i.e 4 Bedrooms = 8 Guests
Please note you may request for an extra bed for any of our villas but this will be subject to our confirmation and may incur a surcharge on the rate offered.
Baby Cot / Cradle or Crib
Suitable for a child under the age of 2 years and can be arranged in advance if needed. Payment for extras are charged before departure and include meals, minibar,
laundry and other charges.
Note the following points about Serene Villa Rentals.
1. You are responsible for any damage caused by your party.
2. You must comply with rules and regulations set by Serene Villas.
3. Total number of people (including infants and children) using the accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy shown on our booking website otherwise you may be refused access to our villas or charged
an additional amount.
4. Our website contains a plan of each villas layout and we ask you to study the plan to be sure that you understand the size and style of the villa accommodation you are renting. The plan will only be a general representation of the accommodation. Actual unit size, design, fixtures, furnishings and facilities may vary from those shown on the plan.
Serene Villas has taken reasonable efforts to ensure that the content of this web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this web site (including information about tours, Spa Service and Menu as well as accommodation & facilities) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that Serene Villas has the right to change information and facilities as deemed necessary.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred. Our privacy statement and site terms are found on our site. Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility.
Serene Villas shall not be liable for any failure or delay which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance, which is beyond its reasonable control. The following shall be regarded as examples of such circumstances: Acts of God, Outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fre, food, lightning, explosion, volcanic ash, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the villa, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo or blockade.
You are recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation.
