Rates based on up to 10 persons. Extras allowed only with approval of management or the owner.

  • All rates incur an extra 15% Government Tax
  • All rates include Coooked Breakfasts and return airport transfers.
  • Extra bed or baby cot available upon request and at extra charge.
  • Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations.
  • 50% deposit within 5 days of booking
  • Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
  • If you cancel outside of 31 days, a cancellation charge equal to 1 night's accommodation will be applied
  • If you cancel inside of 31 days, a 100% cancellation charge will be applied unless we receive another booking for the villa. In the event we do receive another booking you will still be liable for any differences between the total you paid and the other guest.
  • Check out is: 11am
    Check in is: 4pm
  • Due to high occupancy at Villa Suar Two we are unable to offer late check outs to our guests unless pre-arranged with our staff. Note the following charges for late check out:
    - Before 6pm 50% of villa charge.
    - After 6pm a full day will be charged.
