Local Driving License
If you have not enough time to obtain an
International Driving License prior your departure, to avoid
police fines, a Tourist Driving License can be obtained
at Jalan Cok Agung Tresna No. 14, Renon - Bali. The office
is in the "Pelayanan Samsat Building", BPKB Section,
at the service window for foreigners. Requirements: one
copy of passport (photo and identification pages and entry
visa page) and one copy of valid home country driving license.
Car licenses cost Rp.110,000,- (approx. US $15) each and
are valid for one month. Obtain and complete the application
form, pay the fee and have your photograph taken on the
spot. The license is ready in five minutes. Serene Villas
is able to assist and arrange this for you. Foreign License
Service, Hours: Monday -Thursday and Saturday, 8:30 am -
2:30 pm; Friday until 1 pm. Closed Sunday and Holidays.

International Driving License or Tourist Driving License is required
for foreigners, and National Driving License for Indonesian Nationals.
1. Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage insurance for the
Rental Car including any damage, theft of the car or any part
of it. Full insurance coverage is subject to US$ 35.00 or Euro
35 own risk excess per accident (if any).< (if accident per

2. Self-driving rental rates are for 24 hours a day. In the event
of additional hours, Party 2 will be charged @ US$ 4.50 or Euro
4.50 per-HOUR. If you wish to extend use of the car please inform
us not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise
the car may be pre-booked by another party. If the Party 2 does
not inform the rental company, Party 1, more than 48 hours after
expiry date and time, the rental company has right to report to
the police department that the mentioned car is lost, all risk
and act taken by police department will be the renter responsible.
3. The renter, Party 2, will be fully responsible to any damage,
theft of the car or part of it, if the car is driven not on the
road (e.g. beach, field, etc.).
4. The renter, Party 2, will be fully responsible to any consequence
caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other
than the renter, in contract.
5. It is not permitted to drive the car to outside the island
without approval of car rental company, Party 1.
6. An advance deposit is not needed to make a booking, therefore
simply completing and send us your Reservation Form and your car
rental would be prepared on your requested dates and time.
7. Payments and Cancellation: All payments are to be paid in
full, in cash or by credit cards upon signing of contract.
8. Payment made in cash US Dollars, bank-notes year prior 1999
or marked would not be accepted, as the Bank and Money Changer
would not accept them.
9. Payment made by Credit Cards, there will be a 3% additional
bank charge-administration fees and it must be processed in Indonesian
Rupiah by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank exchange
rate on the day of payment.
If Party 2 wishes to return the vehicle prior to end of contract
period, a fee of 50% of the remaining days will be charged. One-day
rental charge will be charged to renter who cancels their reservation
less than 24 hours/on delivery day. Refunds do not apply to insurance.
Available Cars - With Driver
Traveling through Bali with the convenience of stopping when
you want to explore the villages, mountains and beaches is a great
way to discover the beauty of Bali. Our drivers can be considered
a companion to assist in translation and some contribute with
some notable facts about some of the tourist destinations.

On-the-road calls are possible. Available cars with English speaking
driver to see the island of paradise at your own comfortable pace.
Conditions of Rental
- Cost of petrol shall be borne by the renter (approx. US$ 7.50
or Euro 7.50 for a full day tour).
- Rental rate is per DAY per car for a maximum of 8 hours a
day, extra hours available @ US$ 4.50 or Euro 4.50 per hour.
- Rental rate inclusive of 21% Government Tax and Service Charge.
"Our tour rates above are a flat rate, it does not matter
where you go and does not include lunch, soft drinks or donations
or entrance fees to any of the temples".
- No deposit needed to make a booking, therefore simply completing
and send us your Reservation Form and your car rental would
be prepared on your requested dates and time.
- All payments are to be paid in full, and in cash, or by credit
cards (Visa or Master Cards) at the end of the first day tour.
